Kayte Rossi was selected to “Rising Stars” for the first time this year. Sarah Wittrock was first selected last year, and is receiving the honor in 2018 as well.

The Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” honor is bestowed upon just 2.5 percent of all attorneys in Missouri and Kansas following a rigorous, three-step process that includes initial peer nomination, evaluation by Super Lawyers’ research department, and a final “blue ribbon review” by peers. Factors taken into account include everything from verdicts and settlements to scholarly publications and community service. To be eligible for the award, candidates must either be 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or fewer.

The “Rising Star” designation is an indicator of respect by one’s peers and places Kayte and Sarah in the top of the Missouri and Kansas legal community. Stephanie Jones, a former recipient of the honor, is thrilled for her colleagues.
